Prosecution has presented its arguments on Khudyakov-Arakcheev's case
On Tuesday, the North-Caucasian District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don completed hearing evidences of the accusation party at the trial of interior officers Khudyakov and Arakcheev accused of murdering peaceful residents of Chechnya on January 15, 2003.
The correspondent of the RIA "Novosti" reports from the courtroom that on April 9 the defence party will start presenting its evidences.
In the course of prosecution's presentation, 30 witnesses and four victims were interrogated.
The defendants still do not plead guilty.
