The state of health of Rasul Kudaev, an inmate of the Investigatory Isolation Facility (SIZO-1) of the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria, has dramatically aggravated, Rasul's mother - Fatima Tekaeva - has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
Fatima Tekaeva has added that last week she sent a letter to the National Human Rights Centre asking them to interfere with the situation.
Valery Khatazhukov, head of the National Human Rights Centre, has informed today the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that he redirected Ms Tekaeva's complaint to the Administration of the President of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) with a demand to take urgent measures.
Currently, the above Investigatory Isolation Facility keeps about sixty persons accused of taking part in the events of October 13, 2005.
