Ingushetia: relatives of the suspects of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train start their own investigation

The relatives of the two local residents detained in Ingushetia on suspicion of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train in the Novgorod Region of Russia have started the investigation into the circumstances of their detention.

The IA REGNUM reports that the relatives of Amirkhan, 30, and Maksharip, 29, Khidrievs are surprised at the incident. Currently, they have no information about the detainees.

"I hope very much that in relation to the detained brothers a most scrupulous and fair establishment of the truth will be conducted, without knocking out evidences and such incidents like what happened with Yusup Bogatyryov, a resident of the Verkhnie Achaluki village, who was detained on September 8 this year by employees of the Malgobek ROVD; and three hours later his dead body with traces of tortures was given out to his relatives," said Ruslan Badalov, leader of the Public Movement "Chechen Committee of National Salvation", whose words are quoted by web portal "Ingushetia.ru".

Earlier, a source from the law enforcement bodies of Ingushetia reported that in the evening on October 23 in the Nazran District of the Republic employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB Department for Ingushetia detained two militants suspected of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train.
