In Chechnya, a woman of 52 kidnapped and executed by unknown persons

Last night, in the south-east of Chechnya, a group of unknown persons kidnapped a woman-local resident. Later, her body with numerous gunshot wounds was found by employees of law enforcement bodies. The motives of the crime remain unknown.

Today, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told about it by a source in the Chechen MIA.

"Yesterday at night, in Engel-Yurt village, Gudermes District, a group of unidentified persons in masks and armed with automatic firearms rushed into one of the houses in the Shkolny Lane and kidnapped the lady-household owner of 52. Under a threat of violence, the criminals forced the woman and took away, nobody knows where," the source said.

"The investigation studies a number of versions of the incident, and a criminal case has been initiated on the case of kidnapping," he added.

According to his story, a couple of days earlier, in the Shali District of the Chechen Republic, a body of a young lady was detected near the Mesker-Yurt village, also with traces of murder. So far, the militiamen have failed to identify her.

In the evening of August 18, a group of armed persons in masks kidnapped Tamerlan Nasipov, 19, a 5th year student of the Grozny State Oil Institute; he was kidnapped from his house in the Leninskiy District of the city. The boy was released some 24 hours after kidnapping. Neither he himself, nor his relatives would not say, what the power agency, to which his kidnappers belonged was.
