Lady from Rostov Region becomes "Missis of the World-2009"

Victoria Radochinskaya, 31, a resident of Rostov-on-Don, is the winner of the prestigious international contest "Missis of the World-2009", which was held in the evening on November 22 in the southern Vietnamese city of Vungtau. She was awarded a white-gold crown decorated with 63 rubies worth about 100,000 US dollars.

Girls and ladies from the Rostov Region win beauty contests not for the first time. Thus, in 2007 Elena Potana from Rostov-on-Don became the winner of the international contest "Beauty of the World-2007" in Beijing, and in 2006, Tatiana Kotova, also from the regional capital, was recognized the most beautiful girl of Russia and received the crown at the contest "Miss Russia". Tatiana then donated 25,000 of her prize money to a school and children's home.

The contest in Vietnam, where Victoria Radochinskaya became the winner, chooses from among the most beautiful married women of the world. Victoria is married for more than nine years already and has a four-year-old son Bogdan; her husband is a businessman, and she works in the PR sphere. As reported by the "Interfax", now, under the rules of the show, Victoria will be touring over the world for a year with various charitable programs.

The second and the third places ware awarded to contesters from the USA and Vietnam. As reported by the ITAR-TASS, in total 76 countries and territories of the world sent their participants to the contest.
