People are bringing flowers on the day of the anniversary of the tragedy at Vladikavkaz market
Today people in North Osetia honour the memory of the victims of terror at the Central market of Vladikavkaz committed a year ago. 19 persons perished then and over 200 were injured.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that the act of terror happened on September, 9, 2010, at the Central market of Vladikavkaz, 20 people perished a result, including the suicide bomber. The explosive device was stuffed with metallic damage agents in form of sawed up pieces of reinforcement rods, bearings and bolts. Its volume was about 30 to 40 kg trotyl equivalent.
People have been bringing flowers to the scene of the tragedy and lighting candles since morning, radio "Svoboda" reports.
The news appeared today that the materials of the criminal case on the act of terror were referred to Public prosecutor's office for validation of the indictment. According to official representative of Committee of Inquiry of Russia Vladimir Markin, the case of one of those accused of the act of terror has already been referred to court.
"The investigators have collected enough of evidence concerning a number of the participants of the gang, therefore the investigation will be accomplished in the nearest future", "Interfax" quotes Ruslan Khajimusov, Deputy Chief of Investigative Department of Committee of Inquiry of the Russian Federation in South-Caucasian federal okrug.
It should be reminded that no less than eight residents of Ingushetia were detained for suspicion of preparation of terror: Yusup Dzangiev, Islam Khashagulgov, Khizir Daurbekov, Magomed Latyrov, Ali Daurbekov, Vaha and Isa Khashagulgov and Islam Galiev. Two of the supposed organizers of the explosion surrendered in June.
