A member of human rights center "MASHR" disappeared in Ingushetia
In the evening of February, 29, resident of the town of Karabulak Murad Yandiev, member of human rights center "MASHR", disappeared in Ingushetia, representatives of the organization report.
Leader of "MASHR" Magomed Multsogov posted an appeal to Public prosecutor of Karabulak and Department of Interior Affairs of Russia in Karabulak about disappearance of his son in his blog on the "Caucasian Knot" web-site.
"I suspect that power-wielding structures are involved in his abduction and his life and health are in a serious danger", Muhamed Yandiev writes and asks to take all possible measures to establish his location and protect him.
Murad Yandiev has worked as an accountant of this organization since the day of its foundation.
"That day he was at work as usual. Then he called home on the way, had supper and performed a namaz. After that he went to his office once again. At about 18:40 his father talked to him on the phone after which he was inaccessible", a representative of the organization said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
According to him, Murad Yandiev's phone was switched off the whole night. His relatives and colleagues searched for him in morgues and hospitals of Nazran and Sunzha districts", the representative of "MASHR" said.
He asked the residents of the republic to contact him on the phone 8-928-793-68-55 if they have any information concerning this disappearance.
