Judge killed in Dagestan
According to the spokesman of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) for the republic, the basic version of the murder of a judge, committed in the evening on March 9 in Dagestan, has to do with his service activities.
The federal judge was killed at about 10:40 p.m. Moscow time on March 9 in Izberbash near his house.
"According to preliminary information, the judge Akhmed Radjabov was called out of the house. An unidentified person made several shots at him from a pistol. The casualty died from the wounds, while the assailant fled the scene," said the spokesman.
This is the second resonant murder of a judge committed in Dagestan since the start of the year. Thus, in the evening on January 15, in Makhachkala, Magomed Magomedov, a judge of the Supreme Court of Dagestan was shot dead. He was shelled at the moment, when he got out of the car and was on the way to his house.
