The charges have been presepnted to Vasily Krutsko, the former head of the Krymsk District; Vladimir Ulanovsky, ex-Mayor of Krymsk; Irina Ryabchenko, the former head of the Nizhnebakansk rural settlement; and Victor Zhdanov, the acting head of the district administration for preventing emergencies and civil protection.
