Aslan Cherkesov disappeared from IK-17, his relatives assert

Relatives of Aslan Cherkesov claim that they are unaware of his whereabouts. He is no longer at the Federal State Institution "Penal Colony" (FKU IK) No. 17, where Cherkesov was serving his term, his sister Anna asserts.

"Again, we don't know where Aslan is," Anna Cherkesova told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. "On March 4, he was taken away from IK-17. The fact that was no longer there was reported by his advocate Igor Kuznetsov, who came to visit him on March 13. We are shocked."

Igor Kuznetsov found out that his client is no longer on the list of inmates of IK-17 of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on March 13, when he came to visit his client Aslan. "I'll have now to look for him, visit jails and write queries, which will be answered not earlier than one month."

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has sent an official inquiry to the press service of the Chief Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service (GUFSIN) of the Krasnoyarsk Territory seeking a comment on the situation.
