22 persons suffered in armed conflict in Northern Caucasus on March 11-17

During the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus during the week from March 11 to March 17, 2013, at least 22 persons fell victim. Of them, 21 people were killed and one was wounded. These are the results of calculations made by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other open sources.

The death toll includes 17 alleged members of illegal armed formations (IAFs): seven in Kabardino-Balkaria and Ingushetia each, and three in Dagestan, and three civilians: one in Dagestan, Chechnya and Ingushetia each, and one law enforcer – in Dagestan.

The above mentioned statistics cannot be hundred per cent precise. Not all the data is covered by news reports. It is not always possible to verify how reliable the statements of law enforcement bodies are.
