At trial on terror act at "Domodedovo" Airport victim refuses to sue
As reported today by Anna Tyurina, the head of the press service of the Moscow Regional Court (MRC), at today's session one of the victims of the terror act at "Domodedovo" refused to file a civil action for compensation of damage.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed by Ms Tyurina that the victim, who worked as a taxi driver at the airport on the day of the explosion, was questioned at today's session of the MRC.
"He doesn't plan to sue the defendants for compensation of material damage and moral harm – he has claims only against the state, who had failed to ensure his security," said Anna Tyurina.
