At trial on Budanov's murder, prosecution announces list of proofs of Temerkhanov's guilt
Today, a new trial on the murder of the former Colonel Yuri Budanov was launched at the Moscow City Court (MCC).
The process started at the MCC back on December 3, 2012; however, on February 13 the panel of jurymen on the case was dismissed at the request of the prosecution. The case against Yusuf Temerkhanov is now reconsidered.
The state prosecution has announced the list of proofs against the defendant that the prosecutor's office plans to present to the court, including the jury.
The defence objected to the presentation of the proofs, which earlier the advocates had asked to recognize as unacceptable. However, Judge Andrei Korotkov has ruled to review all the proofs on the list.
