Aslan Cherkesov transferred to another colony for order violation, says GUFSIN

Aslan Cherkesov, convicted of murdering Yegor Sviridov, a fan of the "Spartak" FC, in a scuffle in Kronstadt Boulevard in Moscow, has been transferred to another colony in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for systematic violations of the regime, said the spokesman of the Chief Department of the Russian Federal Correction Service (GUFSIN) of the territory.

"Under the current legislation, his relatives should be informed within ten days after the transfer – the term has not expired yet. The inmate's advocate can be notified only with the inmate's personal application," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the spokesman of the above GUFSIN.

The exact whereabouts of the prisoner, as well as the nature of the disciplinary violations committed by Aslan Cherkesov were not disclosed in order to avoid violations of the law on personal data. "He was not taken out of Krasnoyarsk," said a source of the IA "Press-Line" from the GUFSIN.
