Eviction list of "Promzhilbaza" residents becomes smaller

The number of inhabitants of the temporary accommodation centre (TAC) "Promzhilbaza", whose eviction is demanded by the administration of the city of Karabulak, has been reduced from 46 to 41 persons, as five of them have been extended their status of internally displaced persons (IDPs). This was announced today at the session of the City Court.

In their original claim the above administration demanded eviction of 76 residents of the TAC "Promzhilbaza". At the session on March 19, a new list was presented containing 46 persons.

As a result of today's session, 41 residents of "Promzhilbaza" have been summoned to the Karabulak City Court.

According to the law "On Forced Migrants", a person with the appropriate status, who cannot decide for him/herself about a new place of residence, has the right to live in the TAC. IN case of evicting such person with this status, the administration shall provide him/her with another one.
