During trial on the case of death of an officer in Armenia the aggrieved party demanded to vindicate the defendants
Representatives of the aggrieved party on the case of death of Artak Nazaryan, Armenian officer of contact service, his sister and successor Tsovinar Nazaryan and human rights activist Ruben Martirosyan spoke at the trial today. They demanded to find real criminals and bring in an acquittal to the defendants.
“It is incomprehensible and obscure why the court considers Artak Nazaryan’s murder a suicide”, Ruben Martirosyan declared.
According to Martirosyan, there was no versatile and thorough investigation on the case.
“Real party at fault for my brother’s murder must be found. It will be an error if the court confirms the official version of Artak’s suicide in its verdict. The cause and effect between the defendants’ actions and my brother’s death is ungrounded”, Tsovinar Nazaryan concluded.
