Inspections are going on in Maikop office of “Environmental Watch”

Representatives of law enforcement bodies are carrying out inspections in non-governmental organization “Environmental Watch on North Caucasus” whose central office is located in Maikop.

”Federal Security Service and Public Prosecutor’s office are now inspecting the office of “Environmental Watch” and rummaging about our e-mail”, members of the organization wrote on their “Twitter” in the evening of March, 27.

Coordinator of “Environmental Watch” Andrey Rudomakha confirmed the information of the inspection in the office to the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent. “There is nothing critical yet. Everything is calm but the inspections are going on”, Rudomakha said.

Representatives of “Environmental Watch” pointed out that the supervisors were studying the members’ e-mail. They paid special attention to everything connected with the preparation for the Olympic Games is Sochi.

The supervisors asked representatives of “Environmental Watch” to provide them all the financial documents and information of foreign grants for the last three years until next week.
