23 persons delivered to the police during a mass scuffle in Stavropol

On March, 1, 23 persons were delivered to the police department during a mass scuffle with the use of traumatic arms in Stavropol. Administrative protocols were drawn up concerning 17 of them, the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Russia in Stavropol region reports.

According to a source in law enforcement bodies, natives of Ingushetia and Karachay-Cherkessia participated in the scuffle, generally students of North-Caucasian Federal University one of whom fired from traumatic arms.

Several participants were taken to the municipal hospital with bodily injuries, web-site of the Ministry of Interior Affairs reports.

Officials of Stavropol Administration informed that three injured persons with wounds of different extent of gravity were delivered to the hospital. One of them stayed there for a short time. There is no danger to his life or indications for hospitalization, “Interfax” reports.
