A resident of Dagestan reported refusal to give out the body of his son killed in Kaspiysk

Resident of the settlement of Novy Khushet Karimulla Abdulkhalikov reported refusal to allow him take the body of his son Kamil Abdulkhalikov killed on December, 16, in Kaspiysk from the morgue of Makhachkala.

Earlier, the “Caucasian Knot” reported that according to the municipal police department, at about midnight of December, 16, an unidentified person refused to produce his documents to the personnel of law enforcement bodies and tried to escape. A skirmish started during which the man was killed, a representative of the Ministry of Interior Affairs reported.

According to the killed man’s father Karimulla Abdulkhalikov, his son had nothing to do with armed underground, was a strictly practicing Muslim and was preparing for wedding.

According to him, he asked to give out his son’s body for burial and return his car but his request has not yet been honored.

In their turn, officials of Investigative Committee of Kaspiysk said that according to the law, the question could be settled only after receiving the respective documents from Federal Security Service and the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Dagestan.
