Johar Tsarnaev speaks of his brother as initiator of Boston terror act

Johar Tsarnaev accused in committing the terror act in Boston told the police that he had no money for a private advocate and that his brother Tamerlan was the direct initiator of the explosions. This was reported by the US sources.

Let us remind you that on April 22, Johar Tsarnaev was charged of using weapon of mass destruction. On May 30, the Federal City Court intends to hold the first hearings on the case of the double explosion in the marathon in Boston.

The charges were presented to Johar Tsarnaev directly at the hospital ward, and they were read out by a federal court judge. When asked if he understood the charges, Johar Tsarnaev has nodded. According to the US authorities' information, he is still in grave condition; however, he cooperates with investigators and every three or four hours, when he has enough strength, he writes on paper the answers to the investigators' questions, the "NTV" reports.

Meanwhile, Johar Tsarnaev could say only one word, answering "no" to the question whether he was able to pay by his own for the advocate's services, the "BBC" reports.

Johar Tsarnaev has also told the police that his brother Tamerlan was the direct initiator of the explosions. According the Johar Tsarnaev's story, his brother organized the terror act, since he wanted to defend Islam against the attacks, the "CNN" reports.
