In Krasnodar, Court dismisses appeal against Mikhail Savva's arrest

Today, the Krasnodar Regional Court has dismissed an appeal against the arrest of Mikhail Savva, Director of grant programmes of the Southern Regional Resource Centre (SRRC).

The session of the Krasnodar Regional Court was public, and the courtroom was attended by public representatives and relatives of Mikhail Savva.

The Court has considered the appeal filed by the suspect's advocates and upheld the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar.

According to the version of the Mikhail Savva's defence, the Court has pronounced an unfair decision, since the prosecutor did not voice any real reasons for Mikhail Savva's imprisonment for the period of investigation, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
