At the trial on Budanov's murder defence begins proving his innocence
In the Moscow City Court, at the trial on the murder of Colonel Yuri Budanov, the defence has presented the results of the examination that had failed to reveal any biological traces of the defendant Yusup Temerkhanov on the exhibits, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
The today's session started an hour later; and was attended by media people and the public.
Murad Musaev, a lawyer for the defence, has announced – in order to justify the defendant's innocence in the murder of Yuri Budanov – to the jurymen the findings of the examination available in the case files.
During the announcement, the defendant was sitting quietly in the "aquarium", while the jury listened carefully to the voiced information; some of them made notes in their block-notes.
