In Sochi, tenants of burned house in Chebrikov Street leave "Primorskaya" Hotel

All the tenants of the burned-down house in Chebrikov Street in Sochi, who were accommodated after the fire in the "Primorskaya" Hotel, have been evicted from there. One family moved to the "Dagomys-Olympic" Hotel, the rest of the victims were placed into rented apartments, where the rent will be paid by the Mayoralty.

As reported by Andrei Parasyuk, his family was put not into the "Dagomys-Olympic" Hotel proper, but into the tourist centre at the hotel. "It's warm there. We have a car in the family, so getting to the centre is difficult, but not impossible."

The "Dagomys-Olympic" Hotel has explained that by agreement with the Mayoralty, the fire victims will stay there for two months.

According to those who found apartments to rent, it was difficult to find affordable housing, as "turnkey" apartments in Sochi are granted into rent starting from 25,000 roubles per month and up.

Meanwhile, the damaged house is under reconstruction. They brought new window units, and continue repairing the roof and performing other works.
