Regina Porfirieva: our house in Astrakhan left without electricity because of developer
In Astrakhan, power engineers failed to connect the house of the Porfiriev family, located at No. 14 in Amurskaya Street, because of the counteraction of the developer, said Regina Porfirieva. The developer did not allow laying the cable, a source from the "Astrakhanenergo" has confirmed.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 6, at about 9:00 a.m., unidentified persons cut the power cable running to the house of the Porfirievs.
Regina Porfirieva told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that, when asked why their house was disconnected, one of builders said that it was done "under Pustovalov's order" (Alexei Pustovalov is the director of the developing company – note of the "Caucasian Knot").
The emergency crew arrived at Porfirievs' house, but could do nothing, because the developer said that "the supports are on his balance sheet" and did not let them to lay the cable on them to connect the house to the electricity grid.
The on duty official of the city administration told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the problem was addressed by Vladimir Pyzhikov, the deputy head of the administration of the Sovietskiy District. The source could not specify any deadlines, while Pyzhikov was not available for contact.
In fear of another arson, the Porfiriev family took away their children to their friends and relatives.
So far, the "Caucasian Knot" has no comments from the developer.
