The panel of judges on the case of murder in Kushevskaya dismissed the motion of challenge to the judge

Krasnodar regional court once again dismissed the motion of challenge to the judge entered by the defense party on the case of mass murder in the stanitsa of Kushevskaya.

Six defendants are in the dock: Sergey Tsapok, Viacheslav Tsepoviaz, Vladimir Alexeyev, Igor Chernykh, Vladimir Zaporozhets and Nicolay Tsapok. On January, 16, the court started interrogating the sufferers.

“The motion of challenge to the judge was entered for the reason that the judge violated the principle of equality and competitiveness of the parties”, “Iterfax” quotes Vladimir Zaporozhets’ attorney Mikhail Tkachenko.

The sufferers’ attorney asked the court to dismiss the motion of challenge. Public Prosecutor Antipov also spoke against granting the motion.

The court found no reasons for granting the motion of challenge to the Chief justice, “Zhivaya Kuban” (“Kuban Live”) reports.
