Woman-entrepreneur goes on hunger strike in Sochi
In Sochi, Galina Maryanova, the owner of the auto camping LLC "Astra", has gone on a hunger strike, demanding to restore the water supply to her facility. According to her story, the owners of the nearby camping deprived her of water supply by just "cutting off the pipe."
The water supply to the camping "Astra" was cut on May 29, when an employee of the LLC "ViK" (meaning in Russian "Water and Sewage") cut off the pipe without explaining anything. About 30 tourists from Russian cities were left without water," Galina Maryanova told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
According to her story, on that very day she submitted her applications to the police, prosecutor's office and administration. However, until June 9 there was no reaction.
"On June 6, the head of the administration of Lazarevskoe Sergey Polyanskiy called a meeting on my application, but nothing was decided there. On the same day I went on a hunger strike. I feel not quite well; however, there's still no reaction of the authorities," says Galina Maryanova.
So far, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has not managed to get comments from the head of the Lazarevskoe district administration and the head of the LLC "ViK" on Galina Maryanova's application and hunger strike.
