Azerbaijan accuses Armenia of shelling its positions

On January 6 and 7, Armenian armed forces violated the ceasefire. This was declared by a representative of the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijani.

According to his information, the fire was coming from the positions located near the villages of Gyzyloba and Chaily of the Tartar, Kuropatkino Khodjavend, Tapgaragoyunlu and Goranboi Districts.

Besides, the fire on Azerbaijani units was coming from the positions located on the nameless heights in the territory of the Fizuli District, the "Trend" reports.

As a result of the incidents, no one suffered, and the shelling was suppressed by return fire, the "Aze.az" reports.

Till present, no comments from the Ministries of Defence of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh on the Azerbaijan's allegations about the shelling are available.
