Regional Court obliges Sochi administration to take emergency building on its balance

The Krasnodar Regional Court upheld the decision of the first instance court that obliged the Sochi administration to take on the balance of the municipality the emergency building No. 3 in Petropavlovskaya Street.

In accordance with the decision of the Adler District Court of November 13, 2011, the house was to be transferred to the balance of the municipality. However, the administration had challenged the decision at the Regional Court. Today, the court chaired by Judge Sergey Diyanov has considered the appeal.

In accordance with the decision pronounced, the city administration will have to take the emergency building on the balance and maintain it at own expense. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by a lawyer who was present at the meeting and who introduced himself as Evgeny.

In his turn, Alexander Zhigalko, the head of the administration of the Adler District, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that he was not yet aware of the decision of the Court. He has also emphasized that as soon as it is received by the administration, they will begin to register the building on the balance of the municipality.
