Mother of Sabina Abakarova, in whose house "suicide belt" was found, claims innocence of her daughter
The "suicide belt" found in the house of Sabina Abakarova was planted there by power agents before the search, Sabina's mother told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. She explained the increased attention of law enforcers to Sabina and her cousin Patimat Abakarova by the fact that they knew the suicide bomber Muslimat Alieva, who committed a self-explosion on May 3, 2012.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported, referring to the June 7 statement of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), that two "suicide belts" were found in houses in Makhachkala. According to operative data, Sabina and Patimat Abakarova, who had been civilian wives of liquidated leaders of the so-called "Makhachkala grouping", were involved in storing these improvised explosion devices (IEDs). The above leaders had to do with the terror attack on the traffic police post in Makhachkala on May 3, 2012, when 14 persons were killed and 100 more were wounded.
The NAC reports that it was established that these women were personally familiar and actively communicated with several female suicide bombers, who committed their terror acts in the republic.
Meanwhile, Sabina Abakarova's mother denies that her daughter had ever been married.
At the moment, Sabine Abakarova is under arrest, and the only charge criminated to her is Article 222 of the Russian Criminal Code (illegal possession of firearms), Israpil Khadadov, a lawyer from the Bar "Kavkaz", told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
So far, there is no data about Patimat's whereabouts and any charges brought against her.
