Candidate for presidency of Armenia Melikyan declared his refusal to participate in the campaign of agitation

Candidate for presidency of Armenia, ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nagorno-Karabakh Arman Melikyan is not going to canvass during the election race. According to him, the main goal of his participation is to secure legitimate election.

“In the situation when there are no conditions for holding normal election of President of Armenia in the country eliminating forgery I consider it dishonest to present any programs or offer campaign promises. I am going to concentrate my efforts on alteration of the existing situation in the election processes and securing legitimate election”, Arman Melikyan declared not ruling out the possibility of refusal to accept his nomination.

Nonpartisan Vardan Serdakyan, expert in epos, also rejected carrying out a full-scale campaign of agitation. “I am planning my canvassing in form of TV interviews and press conferences”, he said.
