Bomb installed on the door of healer's house neutralized in Dagestan

Sappers have completed neutralizing the bomb mounted on the door of a private house in the village of Sabnova, Derbent District of Dagestan; the power of the bomb was 2 kilograms of TNT (trotyl) equivalent, the Operational Headquarters of the Republic has reported.

At night on February 4, unidentified persons shelled the private house and left an object resembling a bomb attached to its door.

"The specialists, who arrived in the place, have confirmed the presence of some explosive in a two-litre bottle attached to the door of a private house. The bomb was neutralized by means of a hydrodynamic destroyer," a source from the above Headquarters told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to his story, the bomb had a clock mechanism in the form of a mobile phone. "The bomb was supposed to explode after switching on the alarm clock of the mobile phone," said the source.

According to another source of the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent from the district police, the house is inhabited by the well-known folk healer Yashar Gasanov, who has a lot of Dagestani officials among his clients.
