Magomedov, killed in Dagestan, was ambushed by power agents, a source says

Gusen Magomedov, who was searched for involvement in organizing terror acts in Moscow metro in 2010, was killed by law enforcers from their ambush, said a source from the Russian Special Forces.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that tonight, during an armed skirmish, as reported by the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) of Russia, near the village of Kadyrkent, Sergokalin District of Dagestan, Gusen Magomedov, who was involved in the terror acts committed in Moscow metro in 2010, was killed.

According to the source, Magomedov was enticed out of the village "through an operative combination".

"After special agents were brought to the supposed whereabouts of the militant, he was enticed out of the village right into an ambush, where as a result of a brief skirmish he was neutralized," said the source of the RIA "Novosti".

According to Igor Trunov, the lawyer for the victims in the case of the 2010 Moscow metro explosions, the property and accounts of Gusen Magomedov can be arrested under the law.
