"Rospotrebnadzor" accuses Georgia of disrupting agreements for wine and mineral water deliveries

Deliveries of wine and mineral water from Georgia to Russia are disrupted because of the Georgian side's failure to fulfil the agreements on provision of documents.

According to the information of the "Rospotrebnadzor" (Russian Federal Agency for Consumer Supervision), they have not yet received the information from Georgia that the "Rospotrebnadzor" expects about the companies planning to deliver the wine.

Meanwhile, the "Rospotrebnadzor" announces the completed formation of three teams ready in next several days to go to Georgia to verify the information, the website of the "Rospotrebnadzor" reports.

Till present, no comments from the Georgian side on the issue are available.

In his turn, Nikolai Fyodorov, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, welcomes the prospect of return of wine and mineral water from Georgia to the Russian market, the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" reports.
