Court in Odessa finished questioning witnesses in the case of a native of Chechnya, accused of plotting a terror act against Putin
On June 26, the Primorsky District Court of Odessa has finished questioning the prosecution witnesses in the case of Adam Osmaev, a native of Grozny, suspected of preparing a terror act against the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the case of Adam Osmaev, who is charged under five articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, including participation in a terrorist organization and preparing a terrorist act against a senior official, is considered by a panel of judges at the Primorsky District Court of Odessa. Osmaev his refused to completely admit his guilt.
The witnesses' statements were inconsistent, and did not directly indicate the defendant's involvement in the incriminated crimes, Adam Osmaev's advocate has commented the session to the IA "Vesti.ua".
