MCC upholds motion to dissolve jury on Budanov's murder case
The judicial hearing in respect of the defendant, accused of killing former Colonel Yuri Budanov, has been invalidated; and the jury has been dissolved, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
A motion on dissolution of the jury that was trying the case of Budanov's murder was moved today by the party of the prosecution, whose motive was in the fact that two jurymen fell ill, and the panel has only 11 members.
The court has granted the motion.
On March 18, the Moscow City Court (MCC) will select a new jury.
