Opening of the Alpine skiing track in Ingushetia put off again because of warm weather

The ceremony of opening of the first Alpine skiing track in the health resort of Armkhi, Ingushetia, was put off for an indefinite period because of anomalously warm weather, Press Secretary of Head of the republic Yakub Mankiev informed the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.

Opening of the Alpine skiing track in the health resort of Armkhi was initially planned on February, 5, but put off because of warm weather. By February, 20, the weather forecasters promised snow and the temperature below zero, i.e. the proper conditions for opening the track.

Mankiev found it difficult to specify the date of opening the track because it would depend only on the weather. “The track may be opened tomorrow of the day after tomorrow, as soon as the weather permits”, Press Secretary of Head of the republic added.
