In case on terror act at "Domodedovo" Airport, court grants motion to question witnesses by videoconference

Today, the Moscow Regional Court continued the consideration of the case on the terror act at the "Domodedovo" Airport committed in January 2011. During the court session, the Court granted the motion filed by public prosecutor to question through videoconference two witnesses who are serving their sentences in penitentiary institutions in Dagestan and in the Murmansk Region.

Besides, the court session questioned six victims. All of them declined at the courtroom to bring civil lawsuits against those persons whom the court would find guilty of committing the terror act.

The witnesses to be questioned by the Court through videoconference were sentenced in other cases, and they were not involved in the case. This was explained to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by the advocates of the defendants.
