The physicians in Beslan decided not to move Ruslan Dahkilgov to Moscow
Today the physicians who arrived in North Ossetia from Moscow decided not to take Head of the Department of Rosselkhoznadzor in Ingushetia Ruslan Dahkilgov to the capital of the Russian Federation for treatment because of his grave but stable state, Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of North Ossetia reported.
Dahkilgov wounded in a skirmish of February, 25, was operated on.
“After a prolonged consultation the physicians who arrived by a special aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia refused to transport the wounded man from Ingushetia because the flight could make his state worse”, Head of Press Service of the Ministry Julia Starchenko said to the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.
