The Ministry of Interior Affairs: 141 persons detained during an unauthorized action of protest in Nevinnomyssk

Law enforcement bodies detained 141 persons who participated in an action of protest under a common slogan: “Stavropol region is no Caucasus” in Nevinnomyssk, 18 underage among them, Yuri Altynov, Deputy Chief of the Department of the Ministry of Interior Affairs in Stavropol region, reported.  

Earlier, the “Caucasian Knot” informed that on January, 26, an unregistered political party “New Force” held an All-Russian action under the slogan: “Stavropol region is no Caucasus”.

“Disorderly conduct, the people’s drunken state in a public place and carrying guns became the reason for detentions. The participants were also detained for identification”, “Interfax” quotes Altynov.

According to Chief of Central Directorate of the Ministry of Interior Affairs in Stavropol region, 25 administrative protocols were drawn up.

Among the persons detained for a term of 15 days there were two citizens of Ukraine. “The purpose of their arrival was a call for Stavropol region to join Ukraine”, Deputy Public Prosecutor Igor Gladchenko reported.

During law enforcement bodies’ work a young man aged 17 felt bad. The policemen called the ambulance urgently. The physicians who arrived rendered him medical aid. The young man’s life and health are now out of danger, web-site of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Russia in Stavropol region reports.
