In Adygea, Court finds Mukharbiy Tkharkakhov's dismissal from University to be unlawful

The Maikop City Court reinstated Mukharbiy Tkharkakhov, Chairman of the movement "For Future of Adygea", who was dismissed on May 29, as a teacher of the Adyg State University (ASU). This was reported by Rashid Mugu, a member of the movement. The information about the City Court's decision was received today by the SMS-service of the "Caucasian Knot".

Rashid Mugu has explained that Mukharbiy Tkharkakhov is Professor of the Chair for economic and mathematical disciplines. "On May 29, management of the university signed the order for his dismissal referring to the expiration of his employment contract. The contract still specifies that it is valid till September 2013," Rashid Mugu told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The representative of the movement "For Future of Adygea" believes that the dismissal of Mukharbiy Tkharkakhov represents a continuation of pressure on him, similar to the fact that the authorities of Adygea did not allow him to participate in the election of the Mayor of Maikop, when Mukharbiy Tkharkakhov was not given enough time to correct the violations detected in the documentation.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Mukharbiy Tkharkakhov was refused in registration as a candidate for the position of the Mayor of Maikop because of the violations detected in the documents, and all the complaints against the decision were dismissed.
