In Moscow, the Bar "Musaev and Partners" will render legal aid to detainees in Matveevsky Marketplace

Musa Pliev, a lawyer from the Bar "Musaev and Partners", has told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on August 1 an agreement was signed on provision of legal aid by the Bar to the persons detained during the anti-crime cleansing of the Matveevsky Marketplace.

Let us remind you that after the attack on the policeman on July 27 in the Matveevsky Marketplace, Moscow law enforcers undertook an operation aimed at decriminalization of city marketplaces. During the two days of the operation, more than a thousand people were detained; later, almost all of the detained sellers were released.

In particular, according to Pliev, an agreement was signed with relatives of Magomed Rasulov, who is accused of an attempt on the live of a law enforcer, on the representing his interests at the preliminary investigation.

Earlier, it was reported, with reference to the lawyer Daniil Markhiev, about a challenge of the arrest of another figurant of the attempt on the policeman – Khalimat, Magomed Rasulov's wife.

The appeal complaint lodged by the defence argues that the Rasulovs have a disabled child at the age of 6, whose parents are now both detained, although they both have temporary registration in Moscow and were supported by a joint letter from the staff of the marketplace.
