Family from Sochi claims their house and land plot withdrawn for Olympic venue without regard to real cost
In Sochi, the family of local residents Toromonyan claims that the court pronounced the decision to withdraw without regard to the real cost the house and the garden of 0.23 hectares belonging to them for the Olympic venue an alternate highway of Kurortny Avenue.
On August, the Toromonyan family sent an appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The company's experts assessed 0.23 hectares of land in Sanatornaya Street in the amount of 27 million roubles without regard to existing green spaces and buildings.
Meanwhile, each of the three co-owners of the house received to the account at the Savings Bank only 1,377,703 roubles.
"At present, what can our big family purchase in Sochi for 4-5 million roubles? A two-bedroom apartment in an old building? However, how could all of us accommodate there? Karapet Toromonyan asks.
Nina Toromonyan, the wife of Karapet Toromonyan, emphasizes that the family is willing to vacate the house and the land plot in accordance with the law that provides not gratuitous, but commercial withdrawal of property.
