In Moscow, doctors re-examine health of Said Amirov
On August 13, the repeated medical examination of the health condition of Said Amirov, dismissed Mayor of Makhachkala, was held in Moscow. This was reported by advocate Mark Kruter.
The advocate has told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the re-examination revealed signs of deterioration in the health state of Said Amirov.
According to the story of Mark Kruter, it is unlikely that doctors of the special ward of the hospital No. 20 will make a conclusion that the pre-trial restriction to Said Amirov should be changed to home arrest for health reasons. "Physicians' report depends on instructions of the authorities," the advocate believes.
A patient diagnosed with traumatic disease of spinal cord needs constant care. This was stated by practicing surgeon Ruslan Ganaev, Honoured Doctor of the Russian Federation, Chief Medical Officer of the Grozny Clinical Hospital.
At the same time, in the opinion of the Honoured Doctor of the Russian Federation, one cannot disregard the moral aspect of the situation of Said Amirov, since "to use help of other persons when exercising natural needs means a kind of emotional discomfort for any adult person."
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 12, it was reported that Said Amirov was transferred to the Moscow City Hospital No. 20. Said Amirov underwent the complete medical examination there. However, doctors have revealed no diseases that could prevent the Said Amirov's detention at the SIZO. On July 31, the defence filed to the Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN) a motion to re-examine the defendant's health state.
