In Volgograd, blogger goes to court to oblige authorities to repair roads
Blogger Alexei Ulyanov goes to the court to oblige the Department of Municipal Facilities of the Volgograd administration to repair city roads. The next court session of the Central District Court to consider the claims filed by Alexei Ulyanov is scheduled for September 3.
On June 17 and 26, Alexei Ulyanov filed the claims against the Department of Municipal Facilities of the Volgograd administration to oblige the authorities to repair roads. In his opinion, potholes on the roads are dangerous to life and health of car drivers, passengers, and pedestrians.
Alexei Ulyanov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on August 19, his motion to carry out a visiting court session was granted.
"During the visiting court session, it was found that the streets have multiple defects in the road surface. I think the Court has been convinced that the roads are not safe for car drivers," Alexei Ulyanov has said.
On September 3, at the request filed by the Department of Municipal Facilities, the Court is to question representatives of Municipal Department (MD) "Komdorostroy" and the regional Ministry of Transport.
