Flash polling by "Dosh": in case of direct elections of heads of Dagestan and Ingushetia people would vote against all candidates
Most of the residents of Dagestan and Ingushetia should vote against all the approved candidates for the leaders of the republics, if the elections were direct – these are the results of the opinion poll, conducted by the magazine "Dosh" and volunteers of the Centre of Caucasian Initiative, said Israpil Shovkhalov, the editor-in-chief of the magazine.
According to the poll, the results of voting for the three candidates approved by the Russian President for the post of the leader of Dagestan would be as follows: Ramazan Abdulatipov, the acting head of the republic – 12.1% of votes; Ummupazil Omarova, the Ombudsperson – 0.9%, while no vote was cast for Malik Bagliev, the Minister of Labour and Social Development of Dagestan.
31.1% of the respondents said they would vote for some candidate not on the approved list; and 55.9% said they would vote against all.
In Ingushetia, 712 people were interviewed.
According to the poll, all the three approved candidates received very few votes: the current acting head of the republic Yunus-Bek Evkurov – 1.3%; Magomed Tatriev, the deputy chairman of the People's Assembly – 0.1%; and Uruskhan Evloev, the head of the regional branch of "Spravedlivaya Rossiya" (Fair Russia) Party – nothing. 45.2% of the respondents voted against all.
Besides, 53.4% of the respondents said that they would vote for some candidate not on the list.
