Law enforcers inspect RPF's Dagestani Department and check 2012 documents
Today, at the Department of the Russian Pension Fund (RPF) for Dagestan, law enforcers have started searches and seizure of documents to be examined for fraud and embezzlement.
The searches can be connected with possible fraud with the maternity capital. This was reported by a source in the law enforcement bodies of the republic.
In the morning, the building of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for Dagestan located in Gamidov Street in Makhachkala was cordoned off by of more than 50 staff members of special forces.
All employees of the RPF were forced out of the rooms in the hallway, and they were forbidden to take their mobile phones with them. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by a staff member of the Dagestani branch of the RPF, who was at his working place. According to the source's story, after the employees of the RPF left their rooms, law enforcers, who introduced themselves as FSB agents, searched the rooms and seized various documents.
It should be noted that on September 17, the Chief Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) reported that a criminal grouping that acted in Northern Caucasus stole from the state budget more 30 million roubles intended for payments of maternity capital in North Ossetia and Kabardino-Balkaria.
