In Sochi, resident of demolished house tried to commit suicide, his wife reports
On October 19, Oleg Chebelev, a resident of the demolished houses located on the land plot No. 9 in the garden non-commercial partnership "Poselkovoe", tried to commit suicide. The man was rescued by neighbours and physicians of "ambulance". This was reported by his wife Irina Lysenko.
In early October, in the garden non-commercial partnership (GNP) "Poselkovoe" located in the Central District of Sochi, two teams of builders began to demolish two multi-storied buildings in accordance with the decision of the court that granted the claim of the city administration to demolish the unauthorized constructions. About 50 persons, including pensioners, people with disabilities and children, are deprived of their only housing.
According to Irina Lysenko, on October 19, two teams of builders destroyed their houses in absence of bailiffs. According to her story, they have no money to buy a new housing, since they spent more than two million roubles to build their previous house.
The woman has said that her husband, "always being calm and even-tempered man" started "behaving inadequately." She has added that the physicians diagnosed her husband with "stress" and gave him strong sedatives. And her husband continues taking the medicine.
The foreman of Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Astra-Yug" has explained the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that he "acts within the framework of enforcement proceedings under the contract with bailiffs." According to the information not confirmed officially, for the destruction of the house, the LLC "Astra-Yug" is to receive about three million roubles from the budget, and then, the funds then are to be charged from the owners of the house.
Developer Anzhela Zilberg calls the decision to demolish as "corrupted" decision. She believes it is aimed at "withdrawal of those land plots in favour of third parties."
