Mother of man, killed in explosion in Dugulubgei, cannot bury remains of her son for week already
Murat Tishkov and Murat Abazov were killed in the explosion that occurred in the yard of the mosque in the village of Dugulubgei. This was reported by mother of Murat Tishkov who identified her son. Till present, the remains of Murat Tishkov are still in the Nalchik morgue. Residents of the native village of Murat Tishkov prohibit burying him at the local cemetery, and in Nalchik, officials refuse to issue a permit for burying.
On October 18, in the yard of the village mosque in the Baksan District of Kabardino-Balkaria, an unidentified device blew up, and human remains were found on the place of the explosion. This was reported by a source from the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR). The National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) has reported that the killed persons were planning to commit a terror act on the route of a funeral procession.
According to the mother of the deceased man, relatives of the victims said they would not allow burying her son at the local cemetery. The woman brought the remains of her son to Nalchik, hoping to bury his remains at the cemetery of Volny Aul; however, the local administration asked her to present permitting documents.
On Thursday evening, Elena got a call from the morgue. She was asked to take the remains of her son out of the morgue. The woman does not know what to do with the remains of her son in the morning.
Murat left the native village a little more than a year ago, after his sister was killed during the special operation. According to the mother of Murat Tishkov, villagers spread rumours that the young men were brought to the mosque already dead. Elena Tishkova is sure that their bodies were undermined with the aim to hide the traces of beatings and torture.
