Chechen MIA: suicide bomber blown up at Sunzha ROVD identified by blood samples
A suicide bomber, who blew himself up in September near the building of the Sunzha ROVD (District Interior Division) of Chechnya, has been identified. This was reported by the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 16, in Chechnya, a suicide bomber committed a terror act near the building of the Sunzha ROVD located in the town of Sernovodsk. As a result of explosion, three policemen were killed, and four others were wounded.
The bomb capacity was about 60 kilograms of TNT equivalent.
The explosion near the building of the Sunzha ROVD of Chechnya committed on September 16 became the first suicide bombing in the republic since the suicide bombing of two persons committed on August 6, 2012, in Grozny and, according to the calculations made by the "Caucasian Knot", the 41st terror act since 2000. Andrei Serezhnikov, Chief of the Russian FSB Department for Chechnya, has declared that the terror act was organized by Dokku Umarov.
The results of the forensic genetic examination on samples of blood and biological objects seized from the place have revealed that the suicide bomber was a 25-year-old resident of Chechnya.
"The suicide bomber was Isa Khildikharoev, a 25-year-old resident of the Cossack village of Assinovskaya of the Sunzha District of the ChechenRepublic. Starting from July 2012, he was a member of the criminal grouping led by Beslan Makhauri, which acted in the so-called Achkhoi-Martan sector," the website of the Chechen MIA reports.
