In Dagestan, accomplice of grouping, which included Volgograd suicide bomber, detained
In Dagestan, in Kaspiisk, a 28-year-old resident of Makhachkala was detained on suspicion of aiding and abetting some members of the "Makhachkala" grouping. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), suicide bomber Naida Asiyalova, who committed the terror act in Volgograd, was a member of the "Makhachkala" grouping.
The alleged accomplice of the militants detained in Kaspiisk is suspected of aiding and abetting Gasan Abataev and Ratmir Agaev, who were members of the grouping together with the Volgograd suicide bomber. "At the investigator's office, he has admitted that starting from this January till present, he was providing food and transporting to Gasan Abataev, a member of illegal armed formation (IAF) 'Makhachkala', and Ratmir Agaev, another member of the IAF, who was put on the federal wanted list," reports the website of the Chief Department of the MIA for the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD).
Meanwhile, at present, in Northern Caucasus, including Dagestan, on the eve of the Sochi Olympics, secret services are massively taking saliva samples of women to expedite the identification of female suicide bombers in case of terror act, the "Reuters" reports.
Till present, law enforcement agencies of the North-Caucasian republics did not commented on the situation.
